Tennomifune Academy is an elite institution for the best and the brightest, with the exception of Class 1-7, the so-called “Happiness Class.” Each member of the classroom copes with personal misfortunes, and the special class is geared to help them move past their issues and find true happiness. After being accepted into the academy, An Hanakoizumi, Ruri Hibarigaoka, and Botan Kumegawa find themselves placed into the Happiness Class, plagued by dreadful luck, love problems, and bad health respectively. Alongside their classmates, they do their best to overcome the difficulties they are faced with in pursuit of a life filled with joy. – My Anime List

For any weirdos like me who like a touch of dark comedy in their slice of life, I would recommend this show.
I wouldn’t put it up there with the likes of Yuru Yuri, GochiUsa, or KinMoza, but Anne Happy♪ is still an enjoyable take on the cute girls doing cute things genre and an adequate fill-in until the next great yuri-ish slice of life anime arrives. If a second season ever gets made, I think there’s still unfulfilled potential that’s just waiting to be tapped into, so let’s hope it gets a chance to make it happen~

To sum it up, Anne Happy can be watched by anyone, but it would be recommended if you have a taste on SOLs, comedy and CGDCT.
A surprisingly solid and frequently funny blend of slice of life comedy – better than it probably has any right to be.
Anne Happy is about a class of unlucky students and their school life. The anime is very random. The characters have very funny personalities. The anime was never boring. Also the jokes weren’t that repetitive. The most interesting character is the teacher I think shes a yandere. Things always get crazy in the show yet always get resolved by the end of the episode. The only downside of the anime is that it didn’t have a general story. There wasn’t any proper ending.
This anime series is pleasant enough with is gentle pacing and somewhat surreal stories; there is certainly nothing in it to offend… nor is there that much to separate it from all the other anime series about a group of high school girls. The animation is pretty good and the characters are likable with some fun traits. An example being Hibari being in love with the cartoon mascot that appears on certain construction warning signs! Overall I’d say this is an inoffensive series that passes the time well enough; it is however fairly forgettable.
This was one of the most underrated series of the season, yeah at first you are probably under the impression that this is another cute girls do stuff and that is pretty much what it is but it is worth watching.
Unless you absolutely must see sadly every safe school girl friendship show, there’s nothing here for you. I for one, am happy that the girls are happy and will quietly drop it off my schedule…
Again, this is the kind of show that it’s impossible to really LIKE, and yet it’s too well-meaning to utterly HATE.
